About The Position
We are seeking a kind and reliable helper to assist a 72-year-old female with MS who uses an electric wheelchair and is unable to stand. She lives in a clean, spacious home and is otherwise active and in good health aside from mobility limitations. This role is to supplement existing weekday care with weekend support.
Requirements
- Physically capable and safety-focused
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Patient, compassionate, and attentive
- Experienced helpers who are confident with full ADL support
- Able to provide gentle, respectful care while supporting the client’s independence
Responsibilities
- Provide ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Ensure overall safety and comfort
