About The Position

Lewis Bakeries/Holsum of Fort Wayne, located in Fort Wayne, IN is looking to fill several Full Time, open positions at our bakery! As a Production Helper/Floater, you will be responsible for operating production machines and equipment, assisting in shipping and sanitation. You are expected to adhere to workplace safety, food safety and product quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Repetitive lifting/stacking up to 25lbs overhead
• Pushing/pulling heavy carts of materials
• Lifting 50lbs of ingredients
• Climbing stairs/ladders and other physical labor as needed
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
• Must successfully pass pre-employment steps including background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work any shift
• Ability to be moved to different jobs for the first 90 days
