About The Position

This Helpdesk Tech position provides support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensures timely resolution of service tickets and compliance with IT policies. Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on IT/info management work for USASMDC. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 4-year degree -OR- additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
• Active SECRET clearance
• DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+)
• Windows OS
• Active Directory
• MS Office
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• Helpdesk ticketing systems
• Customer service
