About The Position

As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients, assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and help maintain IT systems. This position is primarily office-based but requires travel to client locations as needed. Occasional overnight travel may be required for projects and client support.

Nice To Haves

• Previous help desk, technical support, or customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, or cybersecurity concepts
• Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in person
• Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, and software issues
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support
• Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes
• Install and maintain hardware and software solutions
• Support network equipment, VoIP systems, and cybersecurity solutions
• Travel to client sites for onsite support and installations
• Participate in after-hours support when necessary
