About The Position
In this position, you will support the enterprise users and computers with tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues. You will install and maintain PC Desktop hardware and printers. You will have involvement in special projects. You will work on and resolve end user support tickets.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years enterprise desktop support.
Responsibilities
- PC preparation, installation and maintenance
- Printer installation and configuration
- PC and printer hardware repair
- OS and application installation and configuration
- Maintain necessary inventory of spare parts
- Perform software and hardware audits
- PC Network configuration
- Project planning and documentation
- Perform advanced PC troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service
