SSA Holdings is looking for a talented Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. This position will be required to work out of SSA HQ located in Denver, Co. Entry level technical support responsibility around Point of Sale (POS) operations, maintenance, and supporting critical business applications utilized in SSA Holdings locations. Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions and troubleshooting problems. Strong customer service, communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
