About The Position

Choisys Technology is seeking a Help Desk professional to provide high-quality technical and functional support for the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless digital learning experience for administrators, instructors, and students.

Requirements

  • Ability to explain complex technical steps to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues.
  • Browser-based troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of eLearning standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI).
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to discern colors.
  • Ability to read and monitor a computer screen for an extended period.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with LMS ecosystems (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, Etc).
  • Help Desk Institute (HDI) Customer Service Representative certification.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Google IT Support Professional certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Resolve Tier 1 user issues related to login, course access, navigation, and tool functionality.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Assist schoolhouse administrators with bulk uploads of student data.
  • Support instructors in setting up course shells, uploading content, and troubleshooting broken links or multimedia.
  • Identify and report platform-wide bugs and elevate cases to Tier 2.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles.
