About The Position

Choisys Technology is seeking a Help Desk professional to support a DoD customer in Fort Eustis, VA. This position requires 2 days per week in the office, with the potential for more days if mission demands. A positive customer service attitude and working knowledge of computer systems are essential qualities for this role at the Army Training Support Center-Lifelong Learning Center (ATSC-LLC) Blackboard.

Requirements

  • 2 years Help Desk experience or similar customer service area
  • Windows 10 experience
  • Experience with MS Office products (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain COMPTIA Security+ CE certification within 6 months of start date
  • Must be US Citizen and ability to obtain T1 Investigation

Nice To Haves

  • Secret clearance is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating internal trouble tickets with the engineers while maintaining open and timely communications with both the end user and the technical team as they seek resolution for complex issues
  • Act as liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers
  • Answering Help Desk calls
  • Responding to ATHD-AESMP tickets
  • Assist with Bb101 Enrollment processing
  • Perform Touch Point data formatting
  • Perform Monthly and adhoc Report formatting
