About The Position

This role serves as a critical point of contact for IT support within the LIU, and the position's success is contingent on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively. The individual in this role contributes significantly to maintaining a positive and productive technology environment for LIU users. This position is temporary with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft and Google suites of office products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to actively engage with and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adjusting work hours as needed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and utilize time management techniques.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to ongoing changes.

Nice To Haves

• A two-year technical degree.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the technology support field.
