About The Position

We're looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide software and hardware support, perform systems maintenance and upgrades, and conduct technical implementation reviews. This role involves documenting and reviewing knowledge, identifying process inefficiencies, and proposing improvements. You will also provide infrastructure support for small/local environments, coordinate cross-functional activities, and communicate with customers regarding system outages and maintenance.
