The position involves providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices, supporting video conferences through Teams and Zoom, maintaining equipment inventory, and documenting support activity in the Firm’s ticketing system. The Firm has high expectations for the contributions of its team members in terms of customer service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ownership of their work. The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required by a team member every few months, along with a couple of additional trips each year by some team members for office buildouts and expansions. The position also requires flexibility to provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours to cover planned and unplanned PTO.
