About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and driven Help Desk Specialist to work Onsite supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office 365, NMCI or equivalent, .NET and SRM systems
  • Experience supporting NMCI to include documenting and tracking seat orders, delivery status, promulgating changes and information to users, customer support, financial reporting to division management, account creations, and oversight of move and add change process
  • Experience with beginner-level Microsoft Operating System training
  • CompTIA Sec+
  • CompTIA A+ CE
  • CompTIA Network+ CE
  • CND
  • CCNA
  • SSCP
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk and customer service support to users
  • Promulgate changes and information to users
  • Create NMCI NIPR and SIPR accounts and oversee the Move/Add/Change process
  • Provide support to NMCI, documenting and tracking seat orders, and delivery of statuses
  • Conduct and monitor IT inventory
  • Provide financial reporting to division management
