About The Position
The client is located in the Stony Brook, NY area and has an opportunity for an Evening Shift Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist. In this role, you will be a Help Desk Specialist for a client in the medical industry. This position is responsible for answering calls for a radiology department and creating trouble tickets for issues. This is a month-long contract position with 1 week of training and 3 weeks of work, with the possibility of extension. This position must be performed on-site.
Requirements
- Tier 1 Help Desk experience
- Ability to communicate verbally and written with users on-site
- Ability to create tickets for users
