About The Position

Join the Nalley Consulting team at Southcom HQ as a Help Desk Representative. This role is based at SOUTHCOM HQ in Doral, FL, with the possibility of off-site work. The position is within the U.S. SOUTHERN Command J2 office and does not require a clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or three (3) years of equivalent experience in IT support
• Demonstrated experience in resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
• Assisting with enterprise device provisioning
• Maintaining IT asset tracking systems
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and cloud-based IT support tools
• Knowledge and capability to provide technical support for cloud-based and on-premises environments
• Proficient in IT troubleshooting methodologies
• Proficient in ticketing system usage (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Proficient in customer service best practices
• Strong skills in incident resolution
• Strong skills in remote desktop support
• Strong skills in end-user assistance

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Responsibilities

• Resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
• Assisting with enterprise device provisioning
