About The Position

Tyto Athene is seeking a candidate for the role of Helpdesk II serving a military customer. This role involves providing support to end users on a variety of issues, including identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. The candidate will respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. Responsibilities also include documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution, utilizing knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures such as trouble ticket systems, troubleshooting, and active directory. The role relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines (SOPs) to perform job functions.

Requirements

  • Associates’ degree or equivalent
  • Four (4) years of IT support experience
  • Secret Clearance required

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues to include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
