About The Position

The person in this role will Perform as a Help Desk Analyst supporting a Joint Interagency Task Force that reports to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, to better align authorities and resources to rapidly deliver Joint C-sUAS capabilities to America's warfighters, defeat adversary threats, and promote sovereignty over national airspace.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance at the time of hire.
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or one year of equivalent IT support experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of Help Desk support experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or three years of equivalent IT support experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of Help Desk support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
  • Responds to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems.
  • Processes requests for access and deactivation.
  • Forwards trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
