The person in this role will Perform as a Help Desk Analyst supporting Project Manager Assistant Capability Program Executive (PM ACPE) at Fort Belvoir, VA. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Responds to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems. Processes requests for access and deactivation. Forwards trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
