About The Position

Kenny Seng Construction, Inc. is a booming construction company seeking experienced heavy truck mechanics for the Swing Shift (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM). The ideal candidate will have experience performing mechanical maintenance and repairs on various types of truck and trailer equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting systems such as differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, A/C systems, and electrical systems. The role requires the ability to communicate and document findings in English, work effectively both independently and in a team, and safely use various hand and power tools, including welders, hoisting devices, and lifts. A strong awareness of and adherence to industry safety standards is essential. This is an excellent opportunity with a local company offering growth and advancement.

Requirements

Experience performing mechanical maintenance/repairs on various types of truck and trailer equipment.
Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting various systems and components such as differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, a/c systems and electrical systems.
Ability to communicate and document findings and recommendations in English.
Ability to work well alone and in team settings.
Experience in safely using various hand and power tools, and specialty tools including welders, hoisting devices, and lifts.
Awareness of and willingness to follow all industry standards for safety.
1 year of mechanical knowledge experience.
1 year of power tools experience.
Ability to commute or relocate to Provo, UT 84601.
