About The Position
U.S. Silica is seeking a Heavy Mobile Equipment Operator to join our team at our Crane, Texas facility. This position operates heavy mobile equipment, including loaders, dozers, excavators, backhoes, and forklifts, to support safe and efficient plant and material-handling operations. This position works a 7-on/7-off rotating shift schedule, including both day and night shifts. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards for equipment operation, productivity, and environmental compliance.
