About The Position

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case Construction Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery. The technician performs repairs and reconditioning in accordance with manufacturer specifications and communicates findings, repair needs, and expected timelines with the Service Manager, service team, and customers. The role also involves ongoing technical training, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and department profitability, and complying with safety rules and regulations. The position offers opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of related experience, or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
Must have own tools.
Keen attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work independently.
Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
Provide timely and courteous service.
Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities.
Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that support customer satisfaction and department profitability.
Follow applicable safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
