The operator will start, monitor, and regulate equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and adjust equipment to maximize production under direct supervision. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of Heavy Equipment Operating Experience
• Valid US Driver's License
• Mechanical aptitude
• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations
• Time management skills

Responsibilities

• Using established procedures, performs equipment operations duties as directed
• Starts, monitors and regulates equipment within the company guidelines and safety standards
• Uses standard operating procedures to troubleshoot malfunctions or issues
• Under direct supervision, adjusts equipment to maximize production
• Takes on other tasks and assignments as required, including but not limited to duties outside the typical scope of the role to support overall team operations and organizational needs.
