Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and graders according to project requirements.
• Assist in site grading, excavation, and material transportation. Ensure proper loading/unloading of materials as per the worksite plans.
• Perform routine maintenance checks, minor repairs, and pre-/post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and conducting daily safety checks.
• Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to coordinate tasks, report progress, and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, and any incidents or repairs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues or equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to work progress.
