Requirements

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
• Dependable and committed to safety at all times.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely climb in and out of equipment.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment-including front-end loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and material handlers-with precision and care.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Report maintenance needs promptly to keep everything running at its best.
• Follow all safety policies and help create a safe work environment.
• Deliver great customer service-because we value every client interaction.
• Take on other tasks as needed-teamwork makes the difference!
