Requirements

Proven experience operating heavy equipment in residential, commercial, or similar construction environments
Ability to envision a site before it begins? where grades should tie together?
Strong attention to detail--understands that small errors early become big problems later

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment (excavators, Dozers, skid steers, loaders, etc.) with precision and care
Execute site prep, grading, trenching, and backfilling to plan and specification
Read and interpret site plans, elevations, and layout requirements
Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to maintain workflow and timelines
Maintain equipment in good working condition and report issues proactively
Uphold high standards for site cleanliness, safety, and organization
Anticipate problems and communicate early to avoid delays or rework
