About The Position
Road & Rail Services is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Mulberry, FL. This is a hands-on role operating a front-end loader to move and load fertilizer in an active industrial environment. The position focuses on running a front-end loader to load fertilizer into trucks and move product throughout the site, working both inside a warehouse and across the property, requiring precision, awareness, and confidence handling equipment in tighter operating areas. Requirements
- At least 2 years of front-end loader experience
- Ability to operate confidently in tight or enclosed spaces
- Comfortable working in an outdoor/industrial environment
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable and looking for long-term, stable employment
Responsibilities
- Operate a front-end loader to load fertilizer into trucks
- Move and stage product across the facility
- Maneuver equipment in and out of warehouse spaces safely and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety protocols
- Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly
