About The Position
A Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in construction, mining, or other large-scale projects. This includes equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, cranes, and graders. Operators ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials, grading of land, and execution of site preparation tasks. They must follow safety protocols, conduct routine equipment inspections, and collaborate with other crew members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
