Requirements

Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and layout stakes.
Adept at operating dozers for both bulk and finish grading without relying on GPS.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more safely.
Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes, to support various construction tasks, such as site preparation and grading.
Collaborate closely with project managers and team members, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving throughout the day.
Perform routine inspections of equipment, maintain operational readiness, and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills.
Adapt to changing project demands while maintaining a focus on excellence.
Complete pre-inspection equipment checklists.
Perform daily greasing and basic maintenance.
Keep cab and windows clean and free of debris.
Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
