Requirements

  • Class B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (at minimum).
  • Acceptable driving record with no accidents or violations in the last 3 years.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Southwest, United States.
  • Ability to lift, load/unload parts and materials.
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. As a federal contractor, compliance with federal drug-free workplace requirements is mandatory. Therefore, applicants must test negative for all prohibited substances, including THC, regardless of state laws permitting its use.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years working around CATERPILLAR machines.

Responsibilities

  • Refuel and lube heavy equipment at assigned project locations.
  • Safely operate a fuel service truck.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on CATERPILLAR earthmoving equipment, including refueling, checking and maintaining fluid levels, and greasing parts.
  • Effectively communicate with operations, purchasing, and other team members.
  • Work safely in accordance with the Health & Safety Program, OSHA regulations, Company Policy, and other relevant programs.
  • Competently complete Pre & Post Trip inspections.
  • Maintain driver logs to ensure DOT compliance at all times.
