About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Fremont, CA. This role is for a Technician II position where safety and people are core values. The company offers competitive pay, paid weekly, with a pay range of $36.90 - $42/HR, dependent on experience. The typical schedule is Monday – Friday, 7 AM-4 PM, with overtime possible depending on business needs. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
• Preferably with a construction equipment background.
• Must have the necessary tools to perform the job.
• Experience using diagnostic software and tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Performing diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Conducting preventative maintenance.
• Using diagnostic software and tools.
• Maintaining high quality control in work.
