About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Lockport, NY. The ideal Technician will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of construction and agricultural equipment, ensuring machinery safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have your own set of tools
Valid driver’s license.
Employment subjected to a pre-employment check.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, asphalt equipment, AG tractors, harvest equipment etc.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive services on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address potential problems before they lead to equipment failure.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
