You will partner directly with operations and finance leadership, lead by example on site, and have real authority to shape how maintenance is planned, staffed, and measured. If you like getting your boots dirty, bringing order to complex operations, and seeing the results of your work in real time, this role offers meaningful responsibility and long-term growth.

  • Reinforce safety compliance across all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment, procedures, and documentation meet company and regulatory standards.
