About The Position

Lincoln Tech -NADC is seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Repair Technicians to share their knowledge and experience as instructors in our Heavy Equipment program. No teaching experience required. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned tradespeople into effective educators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field experience
• OEM or equivalent industry-related training
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills

• Teach Heavy Equipment Technology using well-established curricula
• Demonstrate Heavy Equipment expertise in our fully equipped facility
• Encourage student performance and growth skills
• Create a focused and engaged learning environment
• Support the academic success of our students
• Prepare students for a career in Heavy Equipment Technology
