About The Position

Pape’ Rents, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Field Technician to join their team. The Field Technician will work on John Deere construction equipment at customer locations to ensure equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime. This role involves traveling the area in a Pape’ service vehicle, performing work on equipment, and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all brands of heavy diesel equipment, preferably John Deere equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must provide own tools.

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities
