About The Position
We are seeking an experienced mechanic to maintain and repair diesel-powered trucks and heavy equipment. This is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity paying $28.00+ depending on experience, with full-time hours, overtime available, weekly pay, and immediate hiring.
Requirements
- Diesel, fleet, heavy equipment, or truck repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Preventative maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- CDL or heavy equipment operation experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and equipment failures.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Repair diesel engines and related components.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Replace worn or damaged parts.
- Maintain accurate service records.
