About The Position

We are currently seeking a proficient Field Technician to join our team in Chehalis, Washington. This position requires frequent travel to various mining and construction sites across Washington and Oregon, where the technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing Sandvik Rock Drills and Mobile Crushing Equipment. The role demands a high level of independence, as technicians will often find themselves working in remote locations under challenging conditions, which may include exposure to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and snow. The primary responsibilities of the Field Technician include conducting maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on the specified equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Adherence to safety standards is paramount, especially when operating in difficult environments. Candidates should possess a solid background as a Field Technician or Heavy Equipment Mechanic, with specific expertise in Sandvik Rock Drills and Mobile Crushing Equipment. The ability to work autonomously in remote settings and a willingness to travel extensively are essential for success in this role. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Chehalis, WA, or the surrounding areas. In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $38 to $44, along with accommodations and meals provided during travel.
