IRON 5 Equipment & Repair Ltd is a growing independent repair shop based in Nisku, Alberta, specializing in commercial fleet maintenance and repair, including heavy trucks, trailers, light fleet vehicles, and heavy equipment. We are seeking an experienced technician who values quality workmanship, strong diagnostics, and teamwork. As our company expands, we need a skilled technician to support our growing customer base and uphold our service standards.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must currently reside in Canada
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman Truck & Transport Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• CVIP License
• Out of Province (OOP) Inspection Certification
• Wheel Alignment Experience
• Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License (Class 5 accepted)
• Strong electrical diagnostic abilities
• Engine diagnostic and repair background

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy truck & trailer repair
• Conduct commercial fleet maintenance
• Service light fleet vehicles
• Repair and maintain heavy equipment
• Perform electrical diagnostics & troubleshooting
• Diagnose and repair engines
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• Work on suspension, brake, steering, and drivetrain systems
