About The Position

Heavy Duty Laborers at Lineage Bellingham may perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 pounds, moving cases by hand, unloading and loading hand stow trailers/containers/railcars/vessels, and performing regular labor functions. This role is in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring standing and walking for extended periods, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a cold storage setting with temperatures ranging from 32°F to -20°F. The position involves working at both the Roeder Street and Orchard Drive facilities. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Teamwork is a significant aspect of the company culture. The busiest season is from June through December, during which overtime opportunities, including weekends, are expected. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Working hours may change to 12-hour shifts (5 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.) when business requires.
