Requirements

Six (6) plus years’ experience.
Performs at 100% efficiency or better.
Mechanical aptitude.
Positive attitude.

Freightliner Heavy Duty Trucks Systems
Freightliner Electrical Troubleshooting
Specialist Certification
Professional Certification
Freightliner Electronic Systems Specialist Certification
Class B CDL
ASE Test Passed

Responsibilities

Training and coaching less qualified technicians, assuming responsibility for a group of approximately four (4) technicians.
Diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs.
Creating repair plans and filling out parts requisitions for needed parts.
Tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and turning in parts with core value.
Communicating daily updates to the Foreman.
Maintaining toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe.
Performing tasks and possessing skills noted below and achieving efficiency ratings of 100% or above.
Provides training, coaching and guidance to less experienced technicians.
