About The Position

TCI RENTAL AND LEASING is looking for Diesel Mechanics with 3 to 4+ years of experience to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems. This role involves working on powertrains, engines, transmissions, suspension, HVAC, electrical systems, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience with computer diagnostics and a "Can Do" attitude, aligning with the company's core values of safety, ethics, transparency, and accountability. Requirements

3 to 4+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
4 to 5+ years of Diesel Engine Repair experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Self-motivated with leadership skills.
Experience diagnosing and repairing systems including, but not limited to: Powertrain, motor, and transmission; Overheads Tuneups Cooling Engine Acessories - Alts, belts, AC system, air compressors, fuel pumps, power steering; Injectors, harness seals, Hydraulic systems, PTO's, Pumps Plumbing, Drive line components; Suspension including airbags, shocks, leaf springs. Leveling valves air systems, Differentials, Driveshafts Steering systems Pitman, draglink, tie rod ends, assembly, kingpins, Hubs Axle seals, Bearings; HVAC systems, AC, heat, Electrical, Lights, ADAS, SCR, DPF, DEF systems Diagnostic of sensors, harness, filters; Computer diagnostics with Incite, Tech Tool, Diagnostic Link.

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair powertrain, motor, and transmission systems.
Perform overhead tune-ups, cooling system repairs, and engine accessory maintenance (alternators, belts, AC systems, air compressors, fuel pumps, power steering).
Repair injectors, harness seals, hydraulic systems, PTOs, pumps, and plumbing.
Service driveline components, suspension (airbags, shocks, leaf springs, leveling valves, air systems), differentials, driveshafts, and steering systems (Pitman, draglink, tie rod ends, assembly, kingpins, hubs).
Repair axle seals and bearings.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (certification preferred), AC, and heat.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lights, ADAS, SCR, DPF, and DEF systems.
Diagnose sensors, harness, and filters.
Utilize computer diagnostics with Incite, Tech Tool, and Diagnostic Link.
Be available for On Call Rotation.
