About The Position

TCI RENTAL AND LEASING is seeking a Diesel Mechanic with an expert touch and attention to detail. This role, Technician Level IIII, involves assisting in the repair and diagnosis of major components or removing/replacing major components of various truck and trailer equipment under the direction of a Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. Expectations include the ability to diagnose and repair clutches, PTO systems, electric systems, hydraulic/air brake systems, heating/air conditioning systems, instruments and gauges, and perform preventive maintenance service with minimal supervision. Technicians are evaluated based on their efficiency in completing quality repairs within time standards. Requirements

• 6+ years Diesel Engine Repair experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Self-motivated
• Leadership skills
