Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic- Level 3 [B03]
About The Position
TCI RENTAL AND LEASING is looking for a Diesel Mechanic with an expert touch and attention to detail. This role involves assisting in the repair and diagnosis of major components or removing/replacing major components of various truck and trailer equipment under the direction of a Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and repair clutches, PTO systems, electric systems, hydraulic/air brake systems, heating/air conditioning systems, instruments and gauges, and perform preventive maintenance services with minimal supervision. Technicians are evaluated based on their efficiency in completing quality repairs within time standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years Diesel Engine Repair experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated & Leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Repair and diagnosis of major components of truck and trailer equipment.
- Remove/replace major components of truck and trailer equipment.
- Diagnose and repair clutches, PTO systems, electric systems, hydraulic/air brake systems, heating/air conditioning systems, instruments and gauges.
- Perform preventive maintenance services.
- Be available for On Call Rotation.
