About The Position
TCI RENTAL AND LEASING is looking for Diesel Mechanics with expert touch and attention to detail. This role involves assisting in the repair and diagnosis of major components or removing/replacing major components of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of a Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. Technicians are measured on their efficiency to complete quality repairs in time standards. We are a family-owned company established in 1978, dedicated to safety, our team, and our customers. Requirements
- 4+ years Diesel Engine Repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivated & Leadership skills
- Available for On Call Rotation

Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components of various truck and trailer equipment.
- Remove/replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment.
- Diagnose and repair Clutches, PTO Systems, Electric Systems, Hydraulic/ Air Brake Systems, Heating/ Air Conditioning Systems, Instruments and Gauges.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance Service.
- Complete quality repairs in time standards.
