About The Position

TCI RENTAL AND LEASING is looking for Diesel Mechanics with an expert touch and attention to detail. We are seeking Diesel Mechanics with 3 to 4+ years of experience. This position offers a pay rate of $34.02 to $38.52 per hour, depending on skills and experience. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm. The role requires the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including but not limited to: Powertrain, motor, and transmission; Overheads; Tuneups; Cooling; Engine Accessories (Alts, belts, AC system, air compressors, fuel pumps, power steering); Injectors, harness seals; Hydraulic systems, PTO's, Pumps; Plumbing; Drive line components; Suspension (including airbags, shocks, leaf springs); Leveling valves; Air systems; Differentials; Driveshafts; Steering systems (Pitman, draglink, tie rod ends, assembly, kingpins, Hubs); Axle seals, Bearings; HVAC systems (certification preferred); AC, heat; Electrical, Lights; ADAS, SCR, DPF, DEF systems; and Diagnostic of sensors, harness, filters. Requirements

3 to 4+ years Diesel Engine Repair experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
Self-motivated & Leadership skills
Must be available for On Call Rotation

Nice To Haves

HVAC systems certification preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Powertrain, motor, and transmission.
Perform Overheads and Tuneups.
Service Cooling systems.
Repair Engine Accessories including Alts, belts, AC system, air compressors, fuel pumps, and power steering.
Service Injectors, harness seals.
Repair Hydraulic systems, PTO's, Pumps, and Plumbing.
Maintain Drive line components.
Repair Suspension systems including airbags, shocks, and leaf springs.
Service Leveling valves and air systems.
Repair Differentials, Driveshafts, and Steering systems (Pitman, draglink, tie rod ends, assembly, kingpins, Hubs).
Service Axle seals and Bearings.
Repair HVAC systems (certification preferred), AC, and heat.
Service Electrical systems, Lights.
Diagnose and repair ADAS, SCR, DPF, DEF systems.
Perform diagnostic tests on sensors and harness.
Replace filters.
Utilize computer diagnostics with Incite, Tech Tool, and Diagnostic Link.
