About The Position

TCI RENTAL AND LEASING is looking for a Diesel Mechanic with an expert touch and attention to detail. We are seeking Diesel Mechanics with 3 to 4+ years of experience. The shift is Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. This role requires the ability to diagnose and repair various components of heavy-duty diesel vehicles.

Requirements

• 3 to 4+ years Diesel Engine Repair experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated & Leadership skills.
• Must be available for On Call Rotation.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC systems certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Powertrain, motor, and transmission.
• Perform Overheads Tuneups, Cooling, and Engine Accessories (Alts, belts, AC system, air compressors, fuel pumps, power steering).
• Repair Injectors, harness seals, Hydraulic systems, PTO's, Pumps, Plumbing, and Drive line components.
• Service Suspension systems including airbags, shocks, leaf springs, Leveling valves, and air systems.
• Repair Differentials, Driveshafts, Steering systems (Pitman, draglink, tie rod ends, assembly, kingpins), and Axle seals/Bearings.
• Maintain HVAC systems (AC, heat).
• Service Electrical systems, Lights, ADAS, SCR, DPF, DEF systems.
• Diagnose sensors, harness, and filters.
• Utilize computer diagnostics with Incite, Tech Tool, and Diagnostic Link.
