Heavy Civil Pipelayer
About The Position
As a national leader in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and utility infrastructure, we offer challenging and meaningful work that makes a lasting difference in communities across the U.S. We are currently hiring experienced Pipelayers to join our team in Dayton, OH. Work safely on large diameter ductile iron and PCCP pipe installations. Prep ground, cut/align pipes, and seal joints. Work with project Superintendent to prioritize work. Use concepts, procedures, and practices common for Pipe Layers. Outdoor work with all types of weather.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and grades.
- Knowledge of pipe, joints, aggregates, etc.
- At least one (1) year experience as a Pipe Layer.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of formal training or apprenticeship.
