About The Position

As a national leader in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and utility infrastructure, Ulliman Schutte offers challenging and meaningful work that makes a lasting difference in communities across the U.S. They are currently hiring experienced Pipelayers to join their team in Dayton, OH. The role involves working safely on large diameter ductile iron and PCCP pipe installations, preparing ground, cutting/aligning pipes, and sealing joints. The Pipe Layer will work with the project Superintendent to prioritize work and utilize concepts, procedures, and practices common for Pipe Layers. This is an outdoor role that involves working in all types of weather.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and grades.
• Knowledge of pipe, joints, aggregates, etc.
• At least one (1) year experience as a Pipe Layer.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of formal training or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
