An established and highly respected heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in the Fargo, ND market. Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction
- Experience managing projects involving earthwork, underground utilities, site development, concrete, roadway, or related infrastructure work
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, HeavyJob, AGTEK, or similar platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and monthly reporting
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
