About The Position

Manage heavy civil, highway, and utility construction projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on self-performed work. The role involves overseeing project budgets, schedules, and execution; coordinating field teams, subcontractors, equipment, and resources; tracking progress, quality, and safety; and delivering projects efficiently and to specification. The position is based in person in Jersey City, New Jersey, with a stated annual pay range of $125,000–$160,000.

Requirements

• Experience managing heavy civil, highway, or utility construction projects.
• Experience with a regional heavy civil self-perform contractor.
• Experience with budget, schedule, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Stable work history with limited job changes.
