Perform monthly preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC systems, including air handlers, rooftop units, split systems, exhaust fans, and associated controls. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC system issues related to airflow, heating, cooling, controls, motors, belts, filters, and electrical components (non-refrigeration). Inspect HVAC equipment to identify potential failures or safety concerns and recommend corrective actions. Replace filters, belts, motors, and other mechanical components as part of routine maintenance and repairs. Document completed PMs, repairs, findings, and recommendations using maintenance management systems or work order platforms. Respond to HVAC service requests and prioritize work based on operational impact and urgency. Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards, codes, and company policies. Coordinate with supervisors, facilities staff, and outside vendors as needed for complex repairs or projects. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly handle tools, parts, and materials. Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
