About The Position
The Heating/Appliance Setter lays out and installs furnaces, water heaters, and other utility appliances in homes according to required specifications. The role involves interpreting blueprints and production orders, verifying appliance locations and types, preparing furnace filter boxes, installing water heaters, and installing and securing furnaces to the floor.

Responsibilities
- Perform required layout and installation procedures for furnaces, water heaters, and other utility appliances in homes.
- Understand blueprints and production orders.
- Verify the location and type of furnace and water heater according to blueprints.
- Prepare and add a filter box to the furnace.
- Prepare and install water heaters.
- Install furnaces and fasten them to the floor.
